What are the rules on weapons?
Elementi uses a mix of traditional weaponry and modern weaponry, so you could find anything from a crossbow to a sniper rifle here. But there are a few rules. Think of a big city today: who do you see going around with weapons in the open?
If you answered 'police/army', then you're right! So just like today's real world, the only people with the right to bear firearms (or any arms) in the open are figures of authority either in the Keepers or Knights. You might have your own weapons stashed back home, but unless you're in a gang or otherwise shady business, you shouldn't bring them out into the open.
If you're traveling abroad into a conflict zone, however, you might want those weapons.
Can Ignissians have colored fire?
Colored fire comes only to those who are blessed by Suzaku, the deity of the Ignis Clan. This would mean the Clan Head Family has different-colored fire, and maybe a handful of people throughout the city. Please don't ask for your character to be blessed with colored fire: it'll come about with IC events.
When do elemental abilities first develop?
If a character has elemental abilities, they first become apparent around the same time as puberty. So once all that fun stuff comes into your character's life, so does elemental power (note I said power, not control). This means there's currently no way to tell before then if your character has any abilities, for those who rp children, and that someone who is a late bloomer and hasn't gone through puberty yet will also have no elemental abilities yet.
